[ On the Solstice, a package appears on Ozymandias' doorstep. It contains a rather intimate picture and a ribbon labeled "Promises to Keep."

The ribbon is advertised as something that will ensure a person keeps their promise. It turns out that it will do that, but it won't let you orgasm until the ribbon comes off. And the ribbon won't come off until the promise is fulfilled.
